Founder & Chief Executive Officer

A nationally recognized academic physician leader with 30 years of experience as a senior executive, surgeon, professor and researcher. Dr. Taylor served as president of Greenville Health System (now Prisma Health) — the first physician president in the system’s 107-year history — and was the principal developer and Planning Dean of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville.

Leads ILH’s strategic partnerships and solutions with a focus on advancing patient well-being and physician autonomy. He has devoted his career to bringing innovative healthcare technology to patients and physicians, including nearly 20 years with St. Jude Medical and senior leadership roles across the medical-device industry. A graduate of Furman University.

Jason Crumpler, MD, MBA

Jason Crumpler, MD, MBA

Chief Clinical Officer

Chief Clinical Officer of Integral Leaders in Health, leading the clinical strategy behind its care model across The Physicians Collaborative / TPC+ and TPC Direct Care to advance physician autonomy and expand access. A board-certified emergency medicine physician, he has served as a Regional Medical Director for Humana and in senior medical-affairs roles at Proactive MD, AFC Urgent Care and Bon Secours. He earned his MD at the Medical University of South Carolina — where he served as chief resident — and an MBA from Clemson.

Ben Lovelace

SVP, Growth & Strategy

Oversees sales and strategy for Integral Leaders in Health. He is focused on developing solutions that enhance patient care and strengthen independent practices. Before joining ILH, Ben spent 18 years in medical device sales. At DePuy Synthes Spine, he and his team managed $43 million in sales across two markets. They consistently ranked among the top 5% in annual sales growth. Ben later joined Globus Medical, where he established the company’s spine market in Upstate South Carolina. He helped grow that market to $20 million in annual implant sales.

Director, Growth & Strategy

A healthcare strategy and business-development leader with more than a decade of experience across health-system strategy, physician relations, growth and innovation. As Director of Growth & Strategy at ILH, she develops partnerships with physicians, organizations and employers that strengthen independent medicine and improve access to affordable care. She previously held leadership roles with MUSC Health and earned her MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina and her undergraduate degree from Clemson.

Chief of Staff & Director of Communications

More than 20 years of strategic communications experience across health systems, universities, nonprofits and public leadership. Previously deputy chief of staff at Greenville Health System, she advised on executive and board communications, message development, brand and community engagement.
